DEPOSIT

 

up to 50-100% (min one night per room) charged to hold reservation, see BOOK NOW rate plan details.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Cancellation fee is taxable, min. $45.00 up to 100% of total reservation, see BOOK NOW for details of fee relative to your reservation

 

7 Day notice Nightly (less than 7 nights), 10 Days notice for Week Long, 28 Days notice for 30 Day reservation for a refund less taxable cancel fee.

Less than required notice non-refundable, total reservation amount due unless rebooked and if not non-refundable. Cancel fees apply on refunds.

Gift Cards, Discounted Rates, Special Events and Holiday weeks can be non refundable, see BOOK NOW conditions for your case.

 Date change is a cancellation, one time max, not guaranteed, after one change no refund.

Weekly and longer-term reservations more notice, higher cancel fee.

 Early departure is considered a last minute cancellation, non refundable.

 

Cancellations are taken seriously; they are a large percent of income to a 3 room B&B; your consideration is appreciated.

 

Refunds will be by check.

 

PAYMENT

 

Confirmation at booking and Invoice are separate. Deposit charged at time of reservation; balance charged upon arrival but can be charged at cancel window in busy season (7 days, 14 days, 28 days before, etc.); see BOOK NOW details. Major cards, traveler checks and cash. E-checks accepted thirty (30) days prior to reservation, not after. Valid credit card and drivers license ID required regardless of payment method. Reservations/confirmations will be emailed to you.
